17.00 The Bash's starting and drinks are flowing
17.30 Yoga with Anna Hultman from Yogayama, one of HeyOuts partner studios
18.30 Karate with Ramon Malavé, World Champion, from Malave Do, one of our partner studios
19.15 Bench Press Lessons with Andreas Henning, the Swedish Champion 2015 (216 kg!). He'll likely be there earlier for individual tips, too!
20.00 Drinks are completely finished. It's sad we know
The invitation is for you + one, so take your time to figure out who you want to spend the most awesome night with.
Do you need to bring exercise clothes? Well, if you want to join in on fantastic workouts – then yes. 20 spots on each workout - first come, first sweat*. We recommend a warm sweater regardless, as drinks and workouts will be outside!
Should you arrive hungry? We will not be serving dinner, just some light finger food so we don't arrive famished.
If you don't really like sports, we get you. Or we don't, but there will be drinks with and without alcohol to make us forget.
